Simply Sickly
The Corrs might have been a 90's superpower for a short term, but their rapid decline was clearly a sign that they'd stayed their welcome at the top of the charts, a sign which Andrea would have done well listening to.
The sickly calypso rhythms and sugary vocals of 'Champagne From A Straw' will have you feeling gluttonous and queasy within seconds as Andrea sings about San Tropez living, "There's no such thing as poor little rich girls on a day like today". Unfortunately her tune sounds rather too reminiscent of Paris Hilton's 'Stars Are Blind' for anyone to take head of her warnings.
This simpering tune is no more exciting to your average listener than the tales of Paris and co's thrilling lifestyle, sorry Andrea go back to the Irish folk!
