Apocalyptica have announced that they will be releasing their eighth studio album entitled Shadowmaker on 20th April via Eleven Seven Music. Historically the band have of course written albums with several different guest vocalists on duty, but this time round they've recorded seven new tracks featuring just the one person - Franky Perez from Scars On Broadway.
Commenting on Franky's role on the record, Eicca offered up the following: "Franky has been fantastic, he's a great voice and he fits to us and our sound brilliantly, we couldn't be more pleased. Plus, it will be great for people to come and see these songs on tour being sung by him."
