The Swedish Prog Metal Giants Opeth have announced the release of their eleventh studio album, titled Pale Communion via Roadrunner Records on 16th June.
The album will be preceded by lead single Cusp Of Eternity which is available for pre-order on iTunes from 6th May. All pre-orders of the album will instantly receive a download for the single.

As with any Opeth release, this is set to challenge and break all kinds of boundaries. Commenting on the record, Mikael Akerfeldt said, "I wanted to do something more melodic with this album... there's stronger vocal melodies and more melodies overall... I was pretty consistent with that frame of mind throughout the writing process."
