‘Plain Paper Napkins' is about “writing your favourite songs in your basement, pouring your heart and soul onto paper, getting the music out there and hoping for something to take off. But, it’s also about the love of making music, no matter what”, explains vocalist Liv, and with that explanation you can really hear the emotions put into the lyrics.
With a combination of delicate yet pulsating melodies and a soaring yet sensitive use of instruments, Laruso create some dynamic and very energetic instrumentals on ‘Plain Paper Napkins’.
