Tomorrow We Radio-Cameron (Single)

Coming out of the growing York music scene arguably kick-started by Asking Alexandria over the past two years, Tomorrow We Radio deal in a bouncy hard-edged pop-punk that's not dissimilar to pre-2011 Four Year Strong and this is well-represented in new single Cameron.

It's nothing we haven't heard before but there's a certain likeability and potential in their stop-starting dynamics and emotively rasping vocals that don't feel cookie-cutter and instead more an intriguing foundation that could well be built on. The summery rhythms and honest lyrics that channel the song echo heyday Taking Back Sunday which is always something worthy of attention while nods are also given to New Found Glory and You Me At Six, the song's swirling and soaring breakdown being particularly striking.

The fact that this is the first of three singles to be released in 2012 gives grounding to their potential and suggests that if they continue to work hard they could be an interesting proposition.
