Blinding
At the start of the year we tipped Blindness to be a band to check out in 2013 and now is the perfect chance for you to do so with the release of their 3 track EP Last One Dies.
Right from the get go, this EP kicks into life with its mix of beautifully distorted guitars, shoegaze meets electronic feel on the title track. The hard and heavy riffs force your head and feet to move up and down with each intoxicating beat.
On Humming Song (Intentions) and Serves Me Right we find Beth Rettig's dreamy vocals are perfectly layered on the top of the music bringing to an end some of the best 10 minutes pleasure you can give your ears.
I know this EP only has 3 tracks but quite frankly this is just as good as anything Garbage could muster in their prime. 2013 deserves to be the year Blindness break out into the big time.
