Bon Voyage YASHRLT
Following the recent announcement that YASHRLT are going to be calling it a day after several years impressing on the London music scene, the only silver lining of this sad news is that there will be one last EP in the shape of Voyager.
This is a far cry from their recent release (a 20 minute monster of a track The Lost Generation). This 4 track EP is more 'accessible' and will last as a fitting finale in the quality that this band have produced over the years. The mix of male and female lead vocals combined with the refreshingly cool rocking music have always been an enjoyable listen in the past and this release does nothing to change that.
So as A Little Respect, the last track of the EP, ends and you wipe away that tear knowing that this will be the last track you will hear from YASHRLT there's only one thing left to do. Hit the play button and start all over again.
For those based in London, there will be one last show from the band on Thursday 27th February at Hope and Anchor.
