Truly multi-genre
'Banditos Casino' is the debut single from this London based band. The selling point for Speed Circus is that they do not sound like any other new bands around at the moment. I do not think that this is entirely true, but they definitely do not sound like The Killers or any of the 'trendy' bands dominating the charts at the moment.
This is clearly a band that has a variety of influences and this single is like Indie meets Ska meets Reggae. It is quite difficult to define, and I'm not sure I want to, as the formula that seems to work for this band lies within the diversity of the different sounds they produce. This is definitely a band worth checking out before they make it big; in fact they will be playing at the Secret Garden Party festival on the 20th August. Go and see them, because apparently they are introduced on stage by a drunken clown called Ozzy.
