A Sure Success
This is Good Charlotte's first single in two years, and the first to be taken from the band's much-anticipated fourth (!) album, 'Good Morning Revival'. Mixing their signature anthemic rock style with dance floor inspired beats, as well as the never-ending guitar there are keyboards and drums that sound almost electronic. We have come to expect this type of sound from the lads, and it's amazing - a great indicator of what to expect from the new album.
This was a very easy song to listen to, very catchy, so much so that I had the damn thing going round my head for the rest of the day. Must admit though, it was much harder to listen to, lyric wise than their previous singles. That doesn't detract fom the fact that this is a very good track and following the success previous singles, it is one that's clearly going to go straight into the top 40.
