A Top Notch Tune

'Dear Constable' kicks in with a swagger and a shake, despite its condemnation of the, "Kicking, punching, trigger-happy, car crashing kids" who "stink of drink and think that's just the way it is" -who are probably exactly the kind of risqué types that you'll find shaking their scummy jeans to The Harrisons on the dancefloor - it's undoubtedly a top notch tune.

A rallying call to arms, an a capella rap section with a hint of ska behind the walking bassline, an injection of hyped-up, tense, incisive guitars and heaps of social frustration: 'Dear Constable' has all the right ingredients to be a hit. This Summer's already set to be a hot one and this tune is a sweltering one.

B-side, 'Red Right Hand' is an anguished, slow-building bluesy number with simplistic instrumentation that consists of sharp guitar stabs and allows the vocals to come across even more triumphant.
