Cider split.

This double a-side split is the idea of the Kopparberg Collective cider company which has started an initiative to help new Scottish bands get started. This single consists of tunes from Juno! and Kobai. The A side from Juno! is a self-consciously quirky mess of stop/start rhythms, random TV samples, squeaky girl vocals, electro bleeps and not a lot else. The end result is like something from a kids show from the 80s, it’s certainly pretty original in format but at the same time it’s irritating and practically unlistenable. On the AA side are Kobai who produce a very much less dodgy, but very predictable emo/electro track, at least it has a catchy tune but it’s very derivative.
