Biography

Ross Copperman found his passion for music while attending college. It was here he wrote his first song, 'Fly Away', which appears on his recent album. Copperman has previously cited his musical influences as Muse, Radiohead, Oasis, and Led Zeppelin, noticably all British musical acts.

One would have expected Copperman to sign to an American record label. But that failed to happen. It is suggested there was US interest, but that he and his manager thought his quintessentially American sound would stand a better chance in the UK first. It had worked for The Strokes, The Killers, Scissor Sisters and of course the Backstreet Boys, so naturally, it would work for Copperman too; and it did. After the success of his single, All She Wrote, his album, Welcome to Reality, was released and is in stores now
