Turbowolf - Let's Die
The beginning of the year saw Turbowolf sweeping across the States and Canada on tour. Then they released their single ‘Read and Write’, which was well received. Now as the end of 2009 approaches, the band have already played a number of UK dates and now releasing their new single in the form of a fast moving, sharp sounding genre bending number titled ‘Let’s Die’.
Through a combination of elements from a vast number of musical genres, including the crashing of drums and guitars as well as vocals becoming gruff, this dirty atmospheric tune creates something to be inspired by and enjoyed while listening. This may only be a snippet of what is to come from Turbowlf, but between this track and the more vibrant accompanying song ‘Ancient Style’, the bands debut album, which they are now recording, will be something to look forward to a few months down the line.
