Catchy Indie Rock

A bouncy 90s indie rock infused single from London based band Shibuya Crossings, the track takes its cues from college rock and indie and brings to mind Pavement and Teenage Fanclub to namedrop just two. 'At Eight In A Spanish Bar' is steeped in nostalgia with its old school sound and is a danceable, sing along tune with an easy air about it. It's immediately likeable and the kind of record you could play at any time. Vocal wooh's, jangly scuzzed up guitar and a super catchy vocal line make for a straight up, clean cut indie rock track with no bluster and no fuss. Nicely done.
It's going on our playlist here at Room Thirteen and we'd be surprised if it didn't charm the socks off you all in no time.
