Jospeh Arthur - Devil's Broom
'Devil's Broom' is the new single from the highly anticipated album 'Our Shadows Will Remain'. Hearing this song made me wonder why Joseph Arthur isn't a household name, maybe this release will get him that status if this song is anything to go by he deserves it.
Devil's Broom is full of rhythmic drumming and strumming acoustic guitars overlaid by scratchy vocals which make him sound genuinely annoyed. By the end of the song his pleas seem to lose their angry and annoyed edge and seem to become more heart warming, but maybe that's just me being soft.
