Manchester's next big thing...?

Having already been tipped for the top in 2006, the fraternal three-piece, consisting of Tom, Dylan and Olly Gorman have already notched up an impressive four-hundred live gigs, including a sold out headlining tour in France. With their second single 'Addiction'; the follow up to last year's debut, 'Origin of Illness', they hope to swell their growing popularity and prove why it is that they're being hailed as Manchester's hottest new band.

And 'Addiction' has every chance of doing that. As its name suggests, it's easy to get hooked on the chugging bass and punk rock simplicity, not to mention the explosive burst of its catchy and repetitive chorus. But for me, the real treat comes with the fiery B-side, 'Radio'; a truly addictive track that will leave you craving for more with its driving, yet slightly quirky guitar rhythms, winding hooks that show the band's punk rock groundings, and foot-tapping pop energy.

Certainly one to watch.
