Dashboard Confessional - Don't Wait
Dashboard Confessional recently released their forth album 'Dusk And Summer' and 'Don't Wait' is the first single to be taken from it.
'Don't Wait' sees Chris Carrabba go in a different direction musically, his acoustic strumming is now in short supply, this track seems loud in comparison to his earlier stripped down material, he is definitely more amplified than before. It lacks the fragile moments of their previous releases but I think this new sound really suits Carrabba and his voice.
I don't really see this being a huge hit with his current fans who loved his emo ways, but for those of you that found Dashboard's music a bit too whiney this is definitely worth checking out.
