A Chilled Out Release

Ontario trio Bedouin Soundclash make a return with their new single '12:59 Lullaby' which is taken from their upcoming album 'Street Gospels'.

Their unique sound took them to the top of the Canadian music scene in 2004, when they released 'Sounding A Mosaic' which also gained them a fair level of success in the UK. '12:59 Lullaby' is a mix of reggae and rock, and as the summer comes to an end it seems to be the perfect track to lead us into a chilled out autumn. The track is not too dissimilar to their previous single 'When The Night...' that can currently by heard on T-Mobile adverts, although their latest offering isn't so upbeat.

Bedouin Soundclash also cover the reggae classic 'One Way' originally performed by The Maytones but rather than just copying the sound they have made it their own, although at some points I feel like Peter Andre's 'Mysterious Girl' is about to start playing through the speakers. The final track on this release is 'Jeb Rand is Sailin' On' a track originally performed by Brains, which is the most lively track on this release.
