A Sweet, Musing Little Ditty
It has to be said that bustling off-kilter Americana isn't what one expects from a Swedish singer songwriter, but Tobias Froberg blends jazzy keys to his smooth, self-assured vocals to create a quietly pleasing little number with a bright folk vibe. 'Somewhere In The City' is a charming melodic romp to the sound of clinking keys and buzzing guitars with plenty of enthusiasm under its breezy belt. There are plenty of echoes of Simon and Garfunkel in the light, mellifluous tune, but this is no bad thing and Tobias Froberg's single is definitely a refreshing listen.
