These guys are off to a “flying start”!

“Even When The Wind Blows” is one of those numbers that the moment you start to listen to it you just think: "Yes!" This band have got something. There is a reflection of the different backgrounds of the band (London, California, Spain and Chile) in this song, and the great thing is that they manage to mould all this together to provide a totally cool sound. The ‘shimmy down your spine’ vocals have a touch of the Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster. The overall musical mixture produces a wide sound. Trying not to move at least one part of your anatomy to this will be a struggle - the beat is just too good.

“Flying Start” is an accomplished number but it does not have the same individuality to it. The bands initial original style is not carried through to this number. It is a soft ballad that will have lovers of Keane longing for more.
