“What Took You So Long?” from the moment you press play strikes you as being something that should be dancing on the highest peeks of the charts but as we all know, what should be up there, never is, and what shouldn’t be up there, always is. This is a track delivered with a great degree of precision and conviction, like all of their music.
It’s spirited, melodic and relentless Indie-Rock and if you’re not a fan already, you soon will be when you listen to them. They draw influence from the likes of Morrissey and Oasis and that is relayed in their music but they are careful to put their own mark on things.
