The Rascals - Suspicious Wit

After the success of their debut Ep ‘Out Of Dreams’, this Wirral three piece have returned not only with a UK tour, but a new single ‘Suspicious Wit’.

At only two and a half minutes or so long, this rather short track wastes no time in amusing a listener. With a rolling introduction and blend of indie rock, it looks like 2008 is going to be the year to send The Rascals up the path of stardom and recognition. The electric side to this one is well and truly that, electric. It has that ear piercing screech and electrifying boldness.

The vocals are pretty much what I expected...a mix of British bloke and indie rock. Together with the music they create a very well put together and catchy number.

The Rascals are Miles Kane (guitar), Joe Edwards (bass) and Greg Mighall (drums); remember this as they are going to be huge.
