Texan lovlies White Denim have been together for about two and a half years and earlier this year they were named Best New Band by the Austin Chronicle. Now the guys are hoping to impress the UK with their new single ‘Let’s Talk about It’.
The indie rockers do not fail to impressive with their debut single, and it quickly becomes clear why there has been so much hype surrounding them. Simple guitar riffs are mixed in with unusual chords giving the trio’s music an unique edge. Frontman James Petralli delivers a great vocal performance which the band’s quirky music perfectly accompanies.
Texas trio White Denim have put the fun back into music, they have a sound that works for them and they’re not afraid to venture into uncharted territory, and it’s a pleasure to listen to. Great things are bound to be in store for them.
