Oh God No!

Interesting, how very interesting! Ok so I lie, this album is not very interesting, infact I would suggest to the band not to quit their day jobs, as this album will not take them too far.

As a child I grew up with punk, you know the Pistols were about, The Damned, Stiff Little Fingers, The Dead Kennedys I could go on but I won't. The press release that came with described the band as electro punk surf. Well as someone who grew up with punk, I can tell you punk this is not. This is more like one of those records that kids produced in their bedrooms during the late 80's and early 90's, but not as good.

There is one good thing about this album, seven of the tracks last just over a minute and the other just over two minutes. The opening track, all one minute twenty-eight seconds of it, is called 'The Freaks Are Out', really? I certainly do not know anyone who would want to listen to, let alone partake in buying this album and I know plenty of punks, who have a wide taste in music.

The press release to this album suggests that punk came to Landskrona (where the band are from) in Sweden in the early eighties. I would suggest that it never got there.

Even with a night of heavy drinking and consuming copious amounts of Polish vodka, this album sounds terrible, sorry mini album I should say. Do the world a favour, if you want to be punks, go out and discover punk rock give the rest of the world a rest.
