The Xcerts have been busy working away on their forthcoming record, Hold Onto Your Heart, due for release on 19th January via Raygun Records from which we've now been treated to a brand new track! You can check out the track of the same name below!
As their stock continues to rise the anticipation for this record as a whole is very high and vocalist Murray Macleod has given a bit of insight in to just how personal some of these tracks are - "Hold On To Your Heart was the first song we worked on with our producer Gary Clark and it's a song that we had to write in order for me to create some closure around the end of a 5 year relationship. I'm not kidding when i say the words just poured out of me as if they'd already been written and it took just 15 minutes from writing the first line to recording the whole thing."
The band have also used this opportunity to unveil a full headline tour across the UK in February/March next year:
