Puddle of Mud front man Wes Scantlin was arrested after his actions on Sunday night at a gig.
He is reported to have thrown bottles at fans, shouted abuse at them and spat after declaring he was "too fucked to play".
The charges against him are 'disorderly conduct-intoxication', 'criminal mischief' and 'misconduct involving a public transportation system'.
