Archive have quite a unique history, one that certainly makes them stand out in the music business.

In 1996 the band released the Critically acclaimed, Londinium via Island Records UK. But the UK did not fall in love with them - whereas the French did.

By 1999, they had changed their line up with a new label (Independiente), and they delivered 'Take My Head', a collection of symphonic torch songs for the New Millennium. Again the French adored them and their cross channel fan base grew.

By 2002 the band (now signed to Warners in France) were again treading pastures new. The result was 'You All Look The Same To Me', a self-produced hard-hitting, heart-raw opus.

Long-term Archivists Darius and Danny tweak and refine their soundscapes with taste and flair, scuffing-up a drum-loop here, adding dream-dust there. Baroque-sounding keyboards blend timbres and textures as judiciously as Talk Talk’s 'Spirit Of Eden', Portishead’s 'Dummy', or My Bloody Valentine’s 'Loveless'.

The 3 tracks for their download only EP, are taken from Noise and form the first digital release for the band outside of France. As Warner does not wish to push them in their native UK.

We are asking you to help support the push for Warner to agree to an actual UK release date.
