Following their three previous sold-out London shows and acclaimed single, 'Mountains'/'Brown Boxes', The Spinto Band return to the UK in January for an eight-date tour.

The band, who hail from Wilmington, Delaware created a great deal of excitement earlier this year when they played a show at CMJ, in New York City. This was followed by much support from UK radio for their first single, from the likes of Radio 1's Zane Lowe, Steve Lamacq and Jo Whiley, as well as it being playlisted on XFM and BBC 6 Music.

All of this makes them one of the most hotly tipped acts for 2006.

Their last UK trip was a flying visit as two of the band, brothers Thomas and Sam Hughes, had to return home to finish school!

Free of all educational commitments, the six-piece now return to play a proper UK tour, taking their world of surreal, quirky indie-pop on the road in late January.
