The first confirmed act for Tin Pan Alley Festival 2006 is Vincent Vincent and The Villains. The free outdoor festival takes place on 16th July 2006 from 12 noon until 9pm in London's Denmark Street, in previous years acts like The Subways and Art Brut have wowed the crowds.
