The first ever schools' chart was announced last week as part of National Music Week. Goth pop princess Betty Curse hit number 2, following narrowly behind Lil Chris.
Betty Curse's next single, 'Girl With The Yellow Hair' will be out on 13th November and the young singer is scheduled to do a live session with Radio 1's Steve Lamacq to coincide with the release. Betty's album, 'Hear Lies Betty Curse' was released last week as a download only album and has already attracted plenty of attention in the run up to Halloween!
