Aerosmith are to headline day two of this year's Hyde Park Calling on Sunday June 24.
In a statement, guitarist Joe Perry said: "It's been way too long since we've played the UK and Europe. Some of the most unforgettable gigs in my life have
been played to incredible European fans. You know, eight years is a long time in the world of rock and roll."
The supporting line-up plus details of the Saturday bill are yet to be confirmed.
Tickets for the Aerosmith day go on sale this Friday (Feb 23) at 9 AM.
