Bestival Hosts Rizla Arena Band: Bestival Mon Aug 18 2008 |

Having got the party started at The Big Chill and Rockness, the Rizla Arena brings some top dance action to Bestival with DJs as follows: Greg Wilson (Wigan Pier, Legends, Hacienda), Annie Nightingale (Radio One, Breakspoll), Justin Robertson (Lionrock, Spice, Most Excellent) and Kid Acne (Lex, Invisible Spies) as well as Greco-Roman Sound System featuring Joe from Hot Chip. The arena is designed in 1920's speakeasy style.
DJ Greg Wilson said of his involvement with the Rizla project: "Last year was really special, the whole tour received such an energetic and positive reaction, culminating in the memorable finale at Bestival, undoubtedly one of the highlights of 2007 for me and the perfect way to top off the summer. Given the success of last year, and the anticipation that's built up towards this years dates, 2008 could be even better! Needless to say that I'm very much looking forward to playing Bestival again."
Other new acts confirmed for this year's Bestival are Noah and the Whale and Neon Neon.
