Billy Talent have been forced to postpone the start of their UK tour due to illness.
The band were due to start their UK tour tonight (19) in Leeds but have been forced to cancel the date along with Nottingham on the 20th.
The band said in a statement:
"We regret to inform you that the first two UK shows will be postponed due to a band member being ill. The UK tour will now commence on Wednesday, October 21 at the Sheffield Academy.
The Leeds and Nottingham shows will be rescheduled for a later date. Stay tuned for further details. We apologize to our fans and hope to see you again soon."
Billy Talent will now kick off their tour on October 21 at Sheffield Academy with the remainder of the tour running as originally planned.
