LCD Soundsystem have confirmed details of their last ever gig.
James Murphy's band have revealed that their final ever show will be at New York's Madison Square Gardens on April 2.
In an official statement on their website, the band have hinted that their homecoming show will involve new and previously unheard material and called the event "the best funeral ever".
It is still unclear whether this last hurrah will mark the end of LCD Soundsystem as a recording band.
