Everything Everything have gained two Ivor Novello nominations.

The Manchester band have been nominated for Best Song Musically and Lyrically for 'MY KZ UR BF', whilst debut album 'Man Alive' has scooped a nom in the Best Album Category.

The awards, which celebrate the best of British songwriting, also see Foals' 'Spanish Sahara' and Villagers' 'Becoming a Jackal' up for Best Song Musically and Lyrically.

The ceremony takes place at Grosvenor House, London on May 19.
