Trivium are to release their new album "In Waves" on August 8th. The album was recorded at Audiohammer Studios in Sanford, Florida with Colin Richardson (Machine Head, Bullet For My Valentine, Slipknot) and Martin "Ginge" Ford, along with engineer Carl Bown.

A two-disc special edition will also be available. It features an additional five bonus tracks, a DVD with a 40-minute behind-the-scenes documentary and an exclusive concert filmed in Florida.
The band will play two special European album release shows on 5th August on the main stage at Wacken Festival, and 6th August as Special Guests to Iron Maiden at the O2 Arena in London.
