Maximo Park have announced details of a forthcoming live date.
The Newcastle band are set to play an intimate hometown show on Thursday July 21st for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Singer Paul Smith has said of the date: "Since we're hard at work on our fourth album, those who make it down will bear witness to our only Newcastle show this year. We thought it would be good if we could donate any proceeds from the gig to the Teenage Cancer Trust who help people in the RVI [Newcastle Royal Victoria Infirmary], our local hospital."
Tickets for the show go on sale from 12pm on January 21 from the Cluny.
