Ben Folds is to release a career spanning anthology on October 10th titled "The Best Imitation Of Myself: A Retrospective".
The retrospective will chronicle the US pop-singer-songwriter-pianist's career to date promising to be a definitive collection including material re-mastered from original master tapes and bringing together the big hits, fan favorites and collectible rarities. It will also include the first newly-recorded Ben Folds Five tracks in 11 years.
The album will be available as a single disc or in an expanded three CD set (or digitally) and will also feature liner notes and track-by-track song annotations by Ben himself.
