After 5 years and 2 albums together Brit rockers Slaves To Gravity have announced their forthcoming show at the Relentless Freeze Festival at Battersea Power Station on 28th October will be their last and they are to split up.

The band say:

"....After 5 incredible years, we're sad to announce that STG is calling it a day. We've had an amazing ride, but after an innumerable amount of setbacks the time has undoubtedly come to move onto pastures new. We still love each other very much and remain fiercely proud of the music we made. We're just sorry there won't be any more. Thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. You've made it a magical experience that we will never forget. Our gig at the Relentless Freeze Festival on October 28th will be our last, and will be played accordingly. We hope you can join us there. It's all over now. Over and out. Big Love Tommy, Mark and Toshi. Slaves To Gravity, October 2011....."
