Slam Dunk Festival is back in 2013 and now spans three days!
Now in it's 8th year the festival seems to get better with each installment and boasts some great bands for 2013. The new Midlands Festival will be a full version of the festival and will have the same acts and number of stages (including outdoor stages) as the Leeds and Hatfield sites.

The festival overview looks like this:
Saturday 25th May: Slam Dunk Festival North Leeds University
Sunday 26th May: Slam Dunk Festival South Herts Uni, Hatfield
Monday 27th May: Slam Dunk Festival Midlands Wolverhampton Civic


So far the announced lineup looks like this:

All Time Low - The band's new record Don't Panic went in at number 9 in the UK charts for Hopeless Records and they are one of the biggest selling live acts in the pop-punk world. They say: "We're always excited to come to the UK, it's never dull over there! This is going to be phenomenal".




Pierce The Veil - The band has a sold out UK tour under their belt and a new album to play tracks from. They say: "We are stoked to announce that we are playing Slam Dunk next year! We have heard nothing but amazing things about this festival from all our friends who have played it before. Plus, since it falls during our headlining run, it will be great to play amongst so many of our friends who will no doubt be there too"




Streetlight Manifesto - The first time the band have played the UK in years so promises to be a popular show.


The Early November - Another exclusive for the festival - the first shows for the band on UK shores since their reformation. Their new record In Currents is out now on Rise Records.
