Our Band of the Month for June come from a land down under, apparently it is where women glow and men plunder - that was according to our former Aussie colleague. Well, we could not possibly comment on that but what we can say is that this Aussie trio are one cool band, playing great music.

We were lucky enough to catch them live on their last visit to the UK and strongly suggest you check them out live too, you will not be disappointed. After all, it's only fair they have come all this way to play, it will make our short journey to the gig seem less of an inconvenience!

If you were the prime minister for one day, what would you do:
One day would not be enough to fix this place.

If you could go back to any time in history, where would you go and why:
hmm... that's a difficult question! 1800's would be cool just to see what it was like and how people lived and survived back then on a day to day basis. Would be interesting to see without all this technology around as well.

Is there anything you would like to say to our readers:
