Poison The Well

Poison The Well rolled into Portsmouth on Wednesday for the last show on their UK tour.

Brighton favourites Ghost Of A Thousand opened the show, and seeing as though their music is fairly different to the headliners they music went down a treat and the soon won over the crowd. Musically the band sounded great and it was obvious that they work well together and know how to their instruments. Singer Tom's vocals also couldn't be faulted.

Next on stage were Londoners Cry For Silence who again had a different music style to Poison The Well but the crowd still loved them, and were soon moshing away. Not only did the band have the support of the crowd but singer Adam's mum was there to see her little boy in action and give her support.

By the time Poison The Well came on stage the crowd were well and truly ready for them and the were welcomed on stage with a massive cheer. PTW put on a faultless performance and there was some impressive drumming work from Chris, but you couldn't help but notice that the crowd was more than a little disappointed when the Floridian's left the stage after just 45 minutes.
