Attack! Attack! get better and better

Attack! Attack! began their music career playing small venues like the O2 Academy 2 Islington. However, each and every time they take to the stage they seem to improve greatly. They have gradually worked up to playing larger stages supporting the likes of The Blackout and You Me At Six. However, the lads have now got to that point in their career where all the hard work and dedication has paid off and they can fill the main stage venue at the O2 Academy Islington on their very own headline tour.

As they took to the stage, the crowd did not yet know it but they were in for an amazing evening. In store lie some upbeat, engaging and very energetic performances of tracks off their albums such as the most recent release 'The Latest Fashion'. You could see as they guys took to the stage that they were loving what they were doing, they have a real passion and admiration for the craft and take every opportunity to make their sets as enjoyable as they can. Whether it be Ryan Day yelling the lyrics down the microphone and bounding back and forth or lead singer Neil Starr twirling his guitar around in his hand like a baton while playing – in this instance the entire set was active.

The surprise came towards the end of the set...or in some cases had you pondering for the entire night whether the lads would be joined on stage by another welsh rocker. Sean Smith of The Blackout had been wondering through the crowd for the evening with his fellow band mates, so when Attack! Attack! began playing 'Latest Fashion' on which Sean makes an appearance, the crowd had their fingers crossed. Sure enough, as his part approached, he swiftly made his way on stage, yelled his lungs out and then went back into the crowd for a drink as if it were a typical Thursday evening.

Attack! Attack! made this night their finest performance to date and having a certain Sean Smith present made it even better!
