The City Calls on The Stop Drop Rock Clothing Tour

The City Calls is an energetic Pop-Punk Rock band from Southampton and come armed with plenty of enthusiasm and catchy tunes, many of which they were able to perform when they took to the O2 Academy Islington 2 on The Stop Drop Rock Clothing Tour.

They instantly made an impact when they first stepped on to the stage and produced an upbeat, bouncy and very spirited performance. Lead singer Lucas Hardy really makes an effort with the crowd when he performs. He gets as physically close as possible without interfering with personal space, and sings his lungs out; putting so much effort into making sure the crowd are having the times of their lives. It was obvious to see that the performance given sparked an interest within the crowd, as many of the individuals took to jumping and giving the room a little more energy. The band took this on board and encouraged it much more. With some massive chorus sing-alongs present in their tracks, these guys made an impressive impact with this live set.

When The City Calls think about the future they likely visualize bands such as You Me At Six and Kids In Glass Houses and by the looks of this performance, they are not far off from such success.
