Saving Aimee grace us with their presence

High upon a stage, sparkling in the distance, Saving Aimee enters the stage and the crowd are left astonished as they begin. They started off incredibly well and very energetic getting the crowd shouting along with an introductory and concluding chant. If you didn’t know who the band were when you entered the building, there is no way you are going to forget them now.

The brick wall background was nothing much to take note of. In fact, it was strange to see a brick wall rather than some flashy scenery or backing cloth with a logo or band name. However, when you have such entertainers as these lads on stage, the brick wall fades out of sight. Lead singer Luke is an amazing performer, prancing around on the stage with his belt buckle glistening. His slightly raunchy moves were definitely getting the crowd and the atmosphere heated up. Likewise, synth player Sean bounded about the stage like a puppet on a string.

I had heard about these guys through Myspace, so it was nice to hear more and experience their sounds live. They bounded their way through ‘Honesty’s The Policy’, ‘Small Talk’ and the big synth opener of ‘High Five’s All Round’. Check out their Myspace page for some amazing tunes.
