Posting on the official message board, Jesse F Keeler hinted at what is to come for Death From Above 1979. With a new album expected to be out spring '06, the DFA boys have an ambitious plan.
Instead of just releasing the one album with the regular line-up, they plan on releasing a further two albums, one of which will feature a regular band being gathered by Sebastien Grainger. As if that wasn't enough, the third album will feature female vocals thanks to Loveheart.
But, at the moment these are only plans. The standard DFA album will be released, but it is undecided at the moment how the second and third albums will be presented, but Keeler insists that all material that doesn't make it onto a CD of some sort will be available online.
