Early sales figures from this week suggest that Lostprophets are on course to score their first number one album this Sunday with 'Liberation Transmission'.
The welsh act are currently out selling present chart topper Keane.
Meanwhile Kooks, who already have a top twenty single on download sales alone, look set to move into the top ten this weekend with their track 'She Moves in her Own Way'.
New acts Long Blondes and Chord are also in with a chance of debut top twenty hits.
