V2 Music and Fab Channel have signed a deal to get footage of live shows available online as an audio or video download. The first of these downloads are expected to be available to purchase from November 2006, allowing those who miss out on tickets to still catch their favourite bands. Visitors to The Pipettes recent Paradiso show also benefitted from the technology as they received a coupon allowing them to get a free download of a song from the concert as soon as they got home.
