Iron Maiden have been confirmed as the headline act for the Desert Rock 2007 festival in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Friday, March 9.
The other acts already announced for the event are Prodigy, Stone Sour, In Flames, Mastodon, Children of Bodom, Lauren Harris and Junkyard Groove.
The Desert Rock festival will return for it's fourth year and is held at the Dubai Country Club.

Meanwhile Iron Maiden finish the UK leg of their world tour in London this weekend and have been hinting during the tour that they are to headline a UK festival next June, fueling the rumours that they could be one of the major names at Download.
