In light of the closing of Bretton Hall in 2007, students at Leeds Uni are organising their own music festival to celebrate and commemorate the Hall and the part it’s played in shaping and moulding young musicians over the years.

Bretton Hall Music Festival takes place from the 30th of April till the 1st of May at Bretton Hall Campus at Leeds University and promises to offer music fans new music, fresh talent and diversity of style throughout the weekend.

With art shows and stalls run by students outside, over 40 bands and DJs will be playing over the 3 days across 3 indoor venues. Bands include the following;
The Stanleys, Bam Bam Franks, The Irrepressibles, The Old House, The
Bazaars, Mr Charming, Last Letter, Kliq, Spree, Return To Zero, Flies Are Spies From Hell, Preparation H, Damn Skippy, Trailer Park Trash, Smuggler Republic, I Like Trains, Red Jetson, Tract, Mi Mye, A Close Last and Silverlode.

Tickets are £10 and handstamping at the entrance will ensure you can appreciate all the artists on offer throughout the festival.
